2. CURRENCY: Subscription purchase currency is in Australian dollars (AUD).
3. SECURITY POLICY: When purchasing from iProjects Pty Ltd, card details are transmitted through a secure server using Payway Net. Card data is not hosted or kept by iProjects Pty Ltd.
4. LICENSE: You will receive an email with your license number. Your password is the one you used to register. You can change your password on the My Account page.
5. UPGRADES: If you upgrade to include additional users, you will pay the difference between your current subscription and the new subscription. Upgraded license will have the same renewal date as the current license.
6. ACCESS SPEED: Speed of access to DesignRisk is dependent on (a) your internet download speed, (b) global internet traffic, and (c) the number of users simultaneously accessing the DesignRisk server. If you experience any slowdown in service you consider unacceptable, please let us know promptly. We will endeavour to maintain sufficient server capacity to handle simultaneous user demands.
7. COOKIES: This website uses cookies to monitor browsing preferences. If you allow cookies to be used, the following personal information may be stored by us for use by third parties: name, address, date of birth, phone number, email address.
